Alisyn Camerota

Alisyn Camerota is a journalist as well as an author, and is the anchor of the morning news program on CNN called "New Day." She lives in Westport, CT, and was appointed to the Westport Country Playhouse's board of trustees. Camerota is journalist for more than thirty years, covered news stories both nationally and internationally. She received one Emmy Award in her early professional career for reporting on the arrest by Roger Stone and the Edward R.Murrow Award for breaking the news of the hurricane Maria. Johnna G. Czekaj-Farber replaces Barbara Streicker of Westport, who was board chair since October 2015, and continues as a board member since 2006. The board of trustees comprises the following 26 persons.
